Given the low rental rates and the expense and time involved in onboarding a new tenant, there is a four-month minimum commitment for all new tenants. Essentially, all tenants agree to a four-month lease initially. After this period, most tenants opt for a rental agreement, which benefits both parties. As landlords, we strive for our tenants' success and comfort, making rental agreements an attractive option.
